Introduction
Yoga has helped me tremendously to design my healthy lifestyle, bringing me everyday energy and balance on physical, mental and spiritual levels, and enabling me to welcome emotions, breath after breath.
I practice Hatha yoga with a holistic and therapeutic approach, aiming for relaxation, serenity, concentration, quality sleep, harmonious diet, vitality and a strong immune system. The classes I offer combine postures (asanas), relaxation and meditation, with a central place reserved to breathwork (pranayama). Sessions are suitable to all, beginners are most welcome.

Join our enjoyable 75mn group class, combination of postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. Ideal way to start your day with fresh energy or wind it up with complete rejuvenation. Motivate yourself thanks to the group dynamics and benefit from others' feedback during our friendly chats.
Timings : Wednesday and Saturday, 8.30 am (Paris time)

breathing Practice
45mn fully dedicated to your breath.
Pranayama, a bridge between body and mind, helps you to use your lungs full capacity, calm your mind, reenergize all your body cells, increase your concentration, clarify your ideas and boost your immune system.

Meditation session
45 minutes to learn how to meditate with simple yet efficient techniques. Directing your attention on specific points of focus relaxes your mind and allows yourself to become aware of inner sensations, emotions and thoughts. Intentions and visualizations are also used to explore a wider scope of possibilities.

Yoga Retreat
A 2 to 6 days yoga retreat highly enhances your practice. Beautiful and peaceful natural surroundings and company of like-minded people are very conducive to rest, relaxation and reconnection.

Walking and cycling on Santiago's pilgrimage path and other kinds of alternative routes, we organize every night an encounter on the theme of breathing, combining inspirational traditional stories with conscious breathing exercises.
Our objective is to share the many benefits of conscious breathing with as many people as possible, and we are willing to do so with municipalities, schools, hospitals, NGOs, private companies and individuals.
